How to stream using Video Ninja in CLUB ROOM from your home computer
1. From your home computer go to https://vdo.ninja Here
2. Once there you will see a few options to choose from
2. Choose "Remote Screenshare into OBS"
3. Then you will select the green button "SELECT SCREEN TO SHARE"
4. You will have multiple options "Your Browser Tab", "Window" and "Entire Screen"
5. For this example we have chosen our 'Chrome Tab' and toggled the 'Also share tab audio' on.
6. After choosing your tab, you will see a new tab open with a border around it. This is the tab you will be streaming.
7. Now look at the original tab you had open with vdo.ninja. You will see a URL something like this: https://vdo.ninja/?view=azrdU2g
8. In CLUB ROOM you will only need the numbers and letters after the '=' as we populate the rest of the URL for you
In the Cinema
1. First person in is the host, they will see the buttons
2. To get your stream just click the 'VDO Ninja' button
3. The Oculus/Meta keyboard will pop up with the first part of the URL already filled in "https://vdo.ninja/?view=" Do not delete this or you will have to close and hit the 'VDO Ninja' button again.
4. Using your raycast beam just click in the URL section after the '=' and type in the letters and/or numbers from your stream.
5. You will then hit 'GO', then 'Share'. Once you hit the 'Share' button you will see a new 'GO' button appear. This is the one your friends will hit. You can then hit 'Close'
6. When your friends hit 'GO' they will load your stream, they have to point and click on the play button on the screen. If your stream has a 'full screen' button, they can click that.
NOTE: Stream Continuity
Your VDO.Ninja stream remains active even if you leave the cinema or CLUB ROOM, as it connects directly to VDO.Ninja's service. However, the stream will only persist if at least one person remains in the room—if the room becomes empty, the stream will end. If you are disconnected, simply rejoin the room with your friends and your stream will still be running.
NOTE: Internet Connection Requirements
Streaming quality and performance are dependent on each participant's individual internet connection. While some users may experience high-quality video, others may encounter reduced quality or difficulty connecting. These variations are due to network conditions and bandwidth limitations, not limitations of the CLUB ROOM application.

Content Legality
CLUB ROOM does not endorse, support, or permit the use of illegal, pirated, or unauthorized content within the application. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all streamed content complies with applicable copyright laws and licensing requirements.
Minor Protection Policy
The streaming of adult content—including but not limited to violence, explicit material, drug use, or any media rated for mature audiences—is strictly prohibited in any room where minors (individuals under 18 years of age) are present.
Host Responsibilities
Stream hosts are required to:

Immediately stop streaming and disconnect or navigate to neutral content upon becoming aware of a minor's presence in the room

Take proactive measures to prevent minors from accessing adult content

Set their status to "Not Joinable" and use direct invites when streaming age-restricted content

Instruct invited participants to also set their status to "Not Joinable" to prevent uninvited guests
Enforcement
Violations of this policy, including knowingly or negligently exposing minors to adult content, will result in permanent account termination. While we recognize that minors may join rooms unexpectedly through friend connections, hosts remain responsible for taking immediate corrective action.
