META Subscription Terms & Conditions
The CLUB ROOM Business Plan is intended for brands, creators and users operating for business or commercial purposes.
By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and that you intend to use the Business Plan for legitimate business or commercial purposes.
Access to all Business Plan features is available only while the subscription remains active and paid.
If your subscription is cancelled, expires or cannot be renewed because payment fails:
Business Plan features and access will be removed.
Business spaces and associated tools will no longer be available.
Any Business Plan-related access within CLUB ROOM will be revoked.
Reactivation of the subscription restores access to the Business Plan features and spaces
- An active internet connection is required for all Business Plan features to function.
- You are responsible for all content displayed or linked within your Business spaces, including images, websites, videos, streamed content and other media. ALL content must comply with Meta’s policies,
CLUB ROOM’s Community Guidelines and applicable laws.
- Advertising or promoting VR-related content or services, including but not limited to avatars, assets, worlds, templates, creators, apps, VR platforms outside CLUB ROOM, external communities or events taking place on other VR platforms, is not permitted. Any such content will be removed and may result in suspension or a ban.
- CLUB ROOM reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms and Conditions, Meta’s platform policies, CLUB ROOM’s Community Guidelines or applicable laws.
- You are responsible for keeping your Business spaces within the technical and performance limitations of Meta Quest headsets. Overloading a space will cause lag, instability, reduced performance or crashes. CLUB ROOM does not impose a fixed item limit, so subscribers are responsible for monitoring and managing the amount and type of content placed within their spaces.
The CLUB ROOM Business Plan is a monthly subscription purchased and billed through Meta. Failure to
maintain an active subscription will result in loss of access without guarantee of Business Plan data or space retention.
All new CLUB ROOM Business Plan subscriptions are provided by direct invitation.

Before access is granted, we will explain the Business Plan inclusions, restrictions and responsibilities. Once approved, you will be given access to the gold Business kiosk, where you can complete your subscription through Meta.
Subscription billing, renewals, payment processing and cancellations are managed by Meta and are not controlled by Mirarami.
